Even with four grown kids, sometimes family photos are hard to get! So we often just
embrace the chaos and try to not to take life too seriously!
Well let's start from the beginning, we come from a family where supplying your own food is a whole family bonding experience. Whether it's picking vegetables from the garden, baking in the kitchen or making meat, we love to do these things together. We also love that we know where our food comes from, what items are in it and exactly how it was made. Doing this for 20+ years for our own family, we finally decided it was time to share our passion with the world. Our passion to create deli meats that were all natural (nitrate and nitrite free) so, like us, other families know exactly where their food is coming from.
With a lot of searching, look at us now! We found a building space where, with lots of help from family and friends, we were able to get all the Health Department approvals to start our small business! We are so excited for you to embark on this journey with us and thank you in advance for your support! - Adam & Karen
She started how most bakers do: family only. We all were and still are her guinea pigs, but we can reassure you that we don't mind that job at all! In high school, she started taking small orders for the first time and found it both fun and rewarding to showcase her creativity in the form of delicious treats for other people. This ultimately led to her decision to pursue a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts.
In 2020, she completed her Associate's degree at Sinclair Community College. Since then, she has worked in Dayton as a baking and pastry chef at a local café, while also keeping up with taking personal orders. Now, we are so excited she has decided to join the team to share her passion of baking with you all!
